On receipt of the details of the Authorized Users from You, "ZINGO CORP" shall grant to You and the Authorized Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Application within the Platform and the Dashboard for their non-commercial use, in compliance with the terms of this Agreement; and
will enable You and Your Authorized Users to connect with the Transport Service Providers who are offering their transportation services on the Platform using the Application.
The access to the Dashboard/ Application will enable easier to access between You (on behalf of Your Authorized Users), "ZINGO CORP" and the Transport Service Providers
"ZINGO CORP" may from time to time, introduce new features/ functionalities in the Dashboard/ Application, and "ZINGO CORP" reserves the right to use of such features/ functionalities.
"ZINGO CORP" reserves the right to refuse to process requests for Services by Users with a prior history of questionable charges including without limitation breach of any agreements by the User with "ZINGO CORP" or breach/violation of any law or any charges imposed by issuing bank or breach of any policy.
The Users acknowledge that "ZINGO CORP" will not be liable for any damages, interests or claims etc. resulting from not processing a request for Services by the User or any delay in processing such request for Services which is caused for technical reasons and/or is beyond the control the control of "ZINGO CORP".
The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of Your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of Your data and other personal information.
Our Service may give You the ability to delete certain information or de register about You from within the Service.
The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.

You shall not copy, reproduce, modify or create any derivative works, enhancements, adaptations or translations, frame, mirror, republish, download, transmit, or distribute all or any portions of the Platform or the Application or any contents thereof, in any form or media or by any means.
You shall not attempt to register any copyrights, trademarks, names, or logos used or associated with the Services and the Platform/ Application.
You shall not attempt to decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to obtain or perceive the source code
All details with regard to cab will be dealt with by Admin. Any change in contact details will be informed to employees by Admin from time to time.
All the employees are expected to carry their ID cards while travelling in company provided cabs for safety and security reasons.
All vehicles shall display standard size sticker of Company name and logo. If the vehicle is found without the sticker, we request you not to board the cab unless authorized by the transport management of Admin in Charge Approval.
As a rule a male employee will be the first person to be picked up and the last person to be dropped in all the routes in which the company cabs operate.
Unless road is in un-motorable condition, all employees will be picked up from the front of their residence and will be dropped back in front of the residence.
Women employees are not to travel sitting in the passenger seat (next to the driver). Smoking is not permitted in the cabs.
Routing and clubbing will be done by the transportation team of Admin and the same will be shared with all cab users. Employees are requested to follow the routing accordingly.
All vehicles will be provided with a first aid kit, umbrella and fire extinguisher.
Smoking and or food consumption in vehicles is strictly prohibited.
Pickup and drop will be strictly from point to point (home to office to home).
The permitted speed limit is 50 kms per hour (in residential areas) and 80 kms per hour (in normal roads and highways).
Employees are expected to be on time for the pickup and should not delay the process of pickup by cabs as it would cause inconvenience to fellow employees in the cab and also to the productivity for that day.
Drivers will not wait for more than five minutes at each pick up point. You are expected to board the car within this time failing which you may have to make own arrangements for commuting.
Employees are requested not to give their land phone/mobile numbers to any of the drivers.
Employees should inform about change in pick up one day in advance to the admin concerned. Any deviation in this regard, will be treated as breach of company rule and accordingly, action will be initiated.
In case of any vehicle break down while in commute, replacement of vehicle shall be provided immediately.
Employees are not allowed to change the route while commuting to and fro from office for safety and security reasons. Any deviation will be treated as violation of company rules and accordingly, action will be initiated.
Any change in route as a result of strikes/ Bandhs/ Rasta Roko/ Road repair/ Vehicle repair etc., should be promptly informed to the concerned Admin In charge.
Management or Transportation will also inform by (Email & Text messages) all the employees of any change in route as a result of strikes/ Bandhs/ Rasta Roko/ Road repair/ Vehicle repair/ emergencies etc., at least one hour before pickup time.
Employees are expected to maintain cleanliness with in the cab. They should not inflict any damage to company provided cabs.
At any point of time employees should not get into personal arguments/ arguments/ scuffle with cabdrivers. Any Problem with respect to cabdriver should be informed to the admin in charge.
Company is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings of employees while they are travelling in company provided cab. Employees are expected to be careful with regards to their personal belongings while using cab facility.
Employees are expected to behave in a cordial manner with drivers but also should ensure not to get into any personal affiliation with the drivers.
Employees are expected not to discuss any of their work/ Personal life while in the cab or with cab drivers.
Employees are requested not to board the cab in case there are any other unknown people in the cab along with the driver (other than our security personnel).
Cab facility will not be provided for those employees leaving office before his / her working hours. However, any requirement arising out of medical emergency shall be dealt with separately.
The Cab will leave the premises every one hour (from 22:00 hrs to 6:00 hrs). It shall not wait for anyone.
Female employees working between 8pm to 6am will be provided with an escort guard, if they are the first pickup and last drop.
If you find the driver driving in rash/negligent manner, inform Admin helpline number (Immediately, but after the journey is completed.).
At the time of drop, if there is any other employee who stays in the same route and expected to logout within 15 minutes time, then the employee would be requested to wait for a maximum of 15 minutes for the other employee and clubbing would be done accordingly.
Employees are requested to keep the local travel desk informed at least a day in advance, if they do not require a pickup / drop. Last moment cancellation will not be encouraged. They will be considering as Cab defaulter.
During the commute, if there is a conflict between the driver and other commuter for whatsoever reason. Employees are requested not to get down from the cab and if you feel necessary, please inform us on Admin helpline immediately.
In the event of bandh and any unforeseen incidents, clubbing may not necessarily be on the same route and employees may also be required to board the cab earlier than the usual pickup time.
Employees who opt not to take the Company transport as and when provided and choose to travel to work or return home on their own accord shall not be eligible for transport reimbursement of any kind.
After getting down at designated place if an employee does not reach home and goes somewhere else it is not the responsibility of an employer.
The employee will be dropped only at pre- designated place agreed by an employee and his//her guardian.
Management has all the rights to change/ amend the above rules at their discretion and on par with government regulations and rules from time to time which will be communicated to employees.
